Hi all,
Today I'm sharing a project with a video tutorial I did with Scraps of Darkness December's kit "Northern Lights". I also used their Creativity and Color Add Ons.

Creativity Add On
I received this piece with my November's Creativity add on from Scraps of Darkness. I wanted to collage it but I didn't like the look, I felt it needed more dimension so I started to punch hearts, (tons of them) to cover it. Well, I didn't cover it all, just a portion and glued really tiny ones here and there along with some sequins on the other side.
To color the heart I used the paint that came with the Color add on and added Crackle paint too.
When I received my November kit "Serenade" from Scraps of Darkness I immediately thought of making this gift bag for a special one, loved the papers and all the goodies that came in the main kit, color and creativity add ons.
This is another project I did with the October's kit "Bon Appétit" by Scraps of Darkness. I also did a short video tutorial.
You will need one sheet (8.5" X 11") of plain cardstock and some pattern paper. This is a great way to use leftovers
Hi,
Today I'm sharing a video tutorial on how I did this wooden album cover which came on my October's add on kit "Bon appetit" by Scraps of Darkness. I also used the main kit and the color add on.
At the bottom of this post you will find a bonus page I did which is ready to be decorated.

How I started?

I did a template on card stock
Then cut stripes from different papers and started gluing them diagonally alternating the patterns until I covered the whole page
Yay, so, so happy for these great news!! I want to thank you all for the tremendous support I received, everyone with it's comments made me continue fighting. I want to give special thanks to my friends and collegues Lisa Novogrodski and Sharon Martinelli who helped me find the way to get it back.
So here is my latest video on my well trasured channel
My dear friend Lisa Novogrodski is hosting a swap at Scraps of Darkness and Scraps of Elegance Facebook group and I did this ATB for her. This is my first swap ever and I had so much fun creating this block! Check their page and you are welcome to participate.

It's a tradition for Jews on the New Year to eat apple with honey. I received this wooden piece and decided to alter it using the gorgeous September kit "Transition" by Scraps of Darkness and make a video from start to finish.
I also used their Creativity and color add ons
This is the original piece
I coated the apple with white and black gesso
Then glued the paper
Added embellishments and stickles
Finally added crackle glaze to the face and to the seed
HI everyone,
I have a video to share with you I did for "Scraps of Darkness" featuring their August kit "Weathered and Worn.
As many of you already know, my old YouTube channel has been hacked so I had to start a new one from scratch where I have uploaded a few of my tutorials.
I have made a journal page out of a Gelli print also using July kit "Believe" by Scraps of Darkness
Here is a step by step photo tutorial.
This is the Gelli print I used as a base for my journal page
I used the stencil that came in the kit to add some white paint
I doodled with a white pen
A little doodling with a black pen
I cut two hearts from the papers included in the kit and painted the doilly with Golden Sleigh Bells (from my stash), then added some doodles
The lettering was made with the alphabet and rubons from the kit. I added the key hole, also included.
Finally I added gears here and there, to compliment the metal accents on the hearts
