I did this journal page/collage for the May color challenge at Lindy's Stamp Gang showing the difficult path to find the journey of our own lives.
Inspired by the great artist Robin Mead I created this colorful journal page with lots of sprays, stamps, die cut papers, acrylic paint, black and white markers and images from cards and papers she sent to me.
I waited each color to dry before applying the next one
The colors I used:
Hottie Patottie Hot Pink, Alpine Ice Rose, Poinciana Red Flame, Poinsettia Red Gold, A Bit o'Bubbly, Golden Sleigh Bells, Grab a Guy Gold, Black Orchid Silver and Steel Shimmer.
Next, using a stencil with inks, I added some texture
For this step, I used an old flower and water drops stamps with black archival ink
I stamped the quote and with a white Sharpie I added random marks, filled some letters and made splatters with acrylic paint.
I die cut leaves from Gelli prints, cut flowers and circles from Robin Mead's papers and made more marks
Final touches
I'm totally impressed we are in April already!! So.......here is the beautiful palette we'll be playing this month with Lindy's Stamp Gang products. Be sure to check the rules to enter this challenge.
This time I wanted to make a card using only two colors (plus black).
Hi my friends,
This time I wanted to do something about my family and me.
As many of you know, I was born and raised in Chile. My father came here escaping from the World War II, he was Romanian and my mother's parents came from Poland. At that time seems South America was like the actual "American Dream" for people who was scared about their future in Europe.
In this spread, I wanted to represent both worlds (Europe and South America) pointing the Countries and making marks on the journey my ancestors had to go across.
In this VIDEO, I will show you the process of making these pages.
Of course I used Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays to give them a vintage look.
Sea Grass Green, Ethereal Emerald, Down the Rabbit Hole, Opal Sea Oats, Medieval Gold, Yellow Rose of Texas.
Hi all,
Just returning from our Summer vacations and happy to share this month's color challenge at Lindy's Stamp Gang. Visit their blog for instructions on how to participate.
Hi friends!
Today I'm sharing a technique I've learned in a few online courses using Venetian Plaster, which is plaster mixed with marble dust (It was meant to be used on walls and ceilings).
Mixed media has captured the beauty of the multiple finishes it can create so I "needed" to try it.
In this VIDEO I will also show you how to make these feathers using bandages impregnated with plaster.
Hi all,
Time for another challenge at Lindy's Stamp Gang. As in Chile is Summer, it's also our vacation time so I'll be travelling with my family to Orlando to spend some time together.
This is a journal page I did with the beautiful February palette.
I used the February 2015 Color Challenge Set to create it

I painted the chipboard with acrylic paint and also sprayed some of them with Jazzy Jivin' Purple
Here I used embossing powders Midnight Violet, Cosmic Blue Violet, Angel Wings Gold, Sunrise Salmon Gold
I sprayed a piece of Tyvek (plastic paper) with Jazzy Jivin' Purple (even it looks blue) and heat it so it shrunk
Many gears used along with small houses
I created this layout for the December Color Challenge at Lindy's Stamp Gang and I would like to share a VIDEO of my process.
