As I promised, here is the photo tutorial for my house #1. I bought all of them at Joggles and this is their Wonky Wood House #8 . I've got the inspiration on how to make them form the site.
This is the raw house
I first covered the house with a thick layer of gesso to give it texture and then applied acrylic paint removing it randomly is some places. I followed these two steps in all of them.
To embellish the house I used a Gelli printed paper for the roof. Then added the die cut leaves and the butterfly. I also used washi tape and lace as you can see.
For the bottom part I chose buttons as windows and made a tile with another Gelli printed paper glued on cardboard and covered with Glossy Accents for the door. The black border is an old stamp.
I added a quote
To finish decorating my house I used Prima junkyard findings
I love the blue - what a wonderful and adorable house. These little houses will look amazing on a shelf or mantle!

Lizzy,
Your house is so very adorable - and I love all the elements you've added - especially the button windows - and thanks for sharing your process! I shop at joggles a lot and always waiver about the wonky houses - but I may give them a try eventually.
