I did this journal page while I stayed in Canada with a few materials I had on hand. I used handmade stamps a homemade gelli plate to print my papers and added doodles to embellish it.

I don't like red, but the way it anchors the eye on your page and draws attention to your sentiment is perfect!

We all make mistakes all day long and in art sometimes those mistakes are really happy accidents and you can go on with the flow and seems the mistake wasn't really one...

Heheheheh - so true. Do you know Lizzy - that sentiment is the very first think I learned when I started ready all your blogs... and it's soooooooooooo freeing. What I love most about watching tutorials is to see how you all just keep going and make the mistake look perfectly wonderful in the end. Not THAT is inspiration. So... I have to tell you - I just love your journal page - the colors, all the fabulous variety in background designs and shapes.... just so fun. It's SUPER. j.
